With over 20 years’ experience, we know the secret to successful wedding catering is communication and meticulous planning of all the small details. We listen and make suggestions, which we feel would fit with your theme, style and budget.
We have an extensive choice of menus, from simple finger buffet, succulent hog roast to a 5 course feast. We can do simple or sumptuous. Traditional, exquisitely luxurious or outrageously flamboyant. No 1 Food People add the extra ingredient of creativity and flair, and a liberal splash of experience, to help you select the perfect combination of courses. All our dishes are made from fresh, and where possible, seasonal ingredients. We can organise a tasting session. Just to make sure it’s perfect.
Once the menu is finalised, we arrange to meet at your home, or if possible chosen venue. This gives us an idea of how you want things run, from the first sip of chilled champagne to the cutting of your cake. It allows us to provide the correct equipment and run the day with military precision. We provide crisp linen, crockery and glassware. Our waiting staff are friendly and professional and love weddings.
Whether you are getting married in a big castle or tiny church, or prefer to dance under the stars in a bunting strewn apple orchard, we can deliver the wedding breakfast of your dreams. The only thing The No 1 Food People can’t control is your best man’s speech. And the weather.
